The HR Services Coordinator will provide support by delivering accurate and timely administration of HR Services under the service offerings. This role will ensure process completion with Recruiting, Talent and HR Operations in the areas supported by the team.
- Recruiting operations – support the EMEA recruiting team with all the operational aspects including but not limited to interview scheduling coordination, employment agreements, pre-employment checks and hires.
- Ensure all respective documents for candidate and new hire are stored as needed in our system of record.
- Ensure all transactions are processed accurately, on time and are compliant.
- Other responsibilities include support the HR Services team with transactional support in areas like Talent with assisting in learning and performance initiatives; and in HR Operations with invoices, files, employment verifications, among other tasks.
- Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Outlook, MS Word, Excel, Visio, Workday, or an ATS
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an HR administrative role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a high volume, fast paced environment
