Job description

A global FMCG company is looking for a HR Shared Services Lead to lead the HR & Business Services Function through somewhat of a transformational period and beyond. Paying up to £100K + £7K Car Allowance + 18% Bonus.

As the Shared Services Lead, you would oversee a diverse range of region-specific services. Your task is to ensure these services meet the standards set by the Global Employee Services Lead and your local business units. There is also a range of systems being used so a key project is to align and optimise systems across the group. This project has already been started. Beyond just managing a team of eleven, you're responsible for developing capabilities and driving improvements to enhance service quality and cost-efficiency.

This role is hybrid (1-2 days in the office per week on average) which includes travel into London and the South West.

Key Responsibilities Include:
* Execute the global Employee Services strategy and operating model, establishing regional teams for service delivery.
* Ensure all activities meet agreed service levels and performance metrics, adhering to customer satisfaction criteria.
* Apply common standards and promote best practices in service delivery.
* Monitor compliance and process performance, collaborating with risk, compliance, and audit teams.
* Drive digitalisation projects and process improvements, seeking approval for prioritised requests.
* Lead local teams in planning and implementing processes, technology deployment, and organisational design.

Key Requirements Include:
* 8+ year of experience of managing complex shared HR and Payroll Services for a client group of 3000+
* HR and Payroll Project experience linked to developing and soptimising a Shared Services function
* Proficient understanding of HR processes, systems, and data
* Advocacy for digital solutions and thorough understanding of HR technology and innovation
* Effective business partnership and focus on service delivery
* Skills in continuous improvement and innovation
* Experience in leadership, team management, and community engagement
