I am looking for a temporary HR Specialist to join a leading construction company on a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.
Responsibilities of the HR Specialist:
* Manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to making hiring decisions
* Onboard new employees and provide them with the resources they need to be successful
* Develop and deliver training programs for employees
* Manage performance reviews and provide feedback to employees
* Resolve employee relations issues
* Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all HR regulations
Qualifications of the HR Specialist:
* CIPD Level 3
* 3+ years of experience in HR
* Strong knowledge of HR best practices and regulations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
