As a HR Systems and Data Manager you will take a leading role in providing advice and Data/analysis/commentary around the various aspects of the full employee life cycle. Working with key stakeholders in HR and across the wider organisation. Your role will ensure HR systems, data, and reporting is tailored to allow us to be proactive, innovative and legally compliant. This will not only ensure accurate HR Business Information integrity on which to make informed decisions but will support our growth strategy.
Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the data within the HRIS system including exception reporting and the day to day management of the system/data through key users is a key part of this role. As well as this you will be responsible for the ongoing updating of the HRIS in relation to any mass data uploads such as the annual pay review and expansion within the Group. This will include setting up new structures and organisation, business processes as well as analysing data and systems related to any acquisitions and associated people activities. Alongside this you will support ad hoc projects throughout the year including staff surveys, flexible benefits programmes and our reward and recognition platform.

• Proven experience of working with HRIS as an admin user and ideally Workday
• Experience of using, designing and creating reports on a HRIS and other HR systems such reward and recognition platforms and employee survey platforms to support the function/organisation
• Ability to understand organisational priorities/issues and develop appropriate reporting to show patterns/trends and make recommendations
• Experience in implementing new Systems and system updates
• Advanced excel skills including the use of macros, v look-ups and pivot tables
• Ability to multitask with changing priorities in a very fast paced environment
