Job Title: HR Systems & Data Specialist

As an HR Systems & Data Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in optimising HR and payroll processes, implementing advanced HR Information Systems (HRIS), and delivering insightful data analytics. Your expertise will support strategic decision-making and enhance operational efficiency across the organisation.

Responsibilities Include:

• Leading the planning, execution, and delivery of HRIS projects aligned with organisational goals.
• Acting as a subject matter expert in data analytics and MI reporting for the People & Culture team.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to map, assess, and redesign People & Culture processes, incorporating digital solutions.
• Ensuring accurate HR data is provided for payroll processing and generating insightful data for management decisions.
• Continuously evaluating and improving HR systems and processes to meet current and future business needs.

Essential Experience Required:

• Proven track record in leading HR data management and improving HR systems.
• Expertise in HR systems and technology solutions, with experience in database management.
• Experience in delivering high-quality, customer-oriented HR systems and data services.

Desirable Experience:

• Experience in implementing new HR systems and ensuring accurate data provision for payroll.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce and present statistical reports.
• Proven ability to build constructive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across organisational boundaries.
