A dynamic and commercially orientated business who has recently been through an exciting restructuring, is recruiting an HRIS Manager to provide an efficient, effective and innovative service to the business. This a crucial role in developing, supporting, and delivering the people plan through the team, systems, data, and process. This role has a broad remit with focus on continuous improvement to enable effective business decisions.
Duties include.
- Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be responsible for the HRIS system to ensure consistent data, functionality, and accuracy.
- Managing a team of two employees
- Provide end user support for various HR/People systems.
- Account manage all third party providers in relation to systems
- Develop and maintain accurate HR Systems to maximize key data and dashboards to enable leaders with the business and key stakeholders to make better informed decisions.
- Working on projects in relation to HR System.
- Experience of implementing a new HR system
