SalaryA dynamic and commercially orientated business who has recently been through an exciting restructuring, is recruiting an HRIS Manager to provide an efficient, effective and innovative service to the business. This a crucial role in developing, supporting, and delivering the people plan through the team, systems, data, and process. This role has a broad remit with focus on continuous improvement to enable effective business decisions.
Duties include.
- Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be responsible for the HRIS system to ensure consistent data, functionality, and accuracy.
- Managing a team of two employees
- Provide end user support for various HR/People systems.
- Account manage all third party providers in relation to systems
- Develop and maintain accurate HR Systems to maximize key data and dashboards to enable leaders with the business and key stakeholders to make better informed decisions.
- Working on projects in relation to HR System.
- Experience of implementing a new HR system
