To be responsible for the effective and efficient administration of the iTrent Management System, which includes recruitment and onboarding through to termination of employment; report development and production; communication with Payroll. To provide effective and efficient technical support to internal stakeholders as required for the effective and efficient delivery of an exemplary integrated HR and Payroll management system.To assist with the continuous development of the iTrent Management System and other information management systems for Probation Board for Northern Ireland (PBNI)..

Applicants must have a third level qualification AND at least one year's working experience in using a management information system within a HR Function serving over 50 plus staff;OR Applicants must have a minimum 5 GCSEs (Grades A-C) or equivalent including English Language and a numeracy-based subject AND 3 years' demonstrable experience using a management information system within a HR Function. Minimum of 1 year's experience in the following areas: Analysing complex information and producing high-level reports and a working knowledge and maintenance of computerised management information system/s.Competent in the use of Microsoft Word and the design and use of Excel for recording information and producing reports.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Working as a team member to manage and prioritise own and others workload meeting deadlines and achieving objectives.Access to a mode of transport to enable you to fulfil the duties of the post. , Previous experience of using business intelligence software such as Power BI, Tableau or Oracle.Previous experience of using iTrent.
