Head of Talent Development
£70,000 - £75,000 plus car allowance and bonus scheme
South Birmingham
Hybrid working but must be based in the area
If you are an experienced HR professional who has worked in a regulated environment to develop Talent through strategic workforce planning, coaching, leadership development, career frameworks and performance management, then we want to hear from you.
You will be responsible for managing and leading a team to achieve a robust strategy on Talent Development. Working collaboratively with the wider HR team and internal stakeholders, you will play a key role in driving the strategy and creating impact.
Your role will involve designing, developing and implementing strategies for the businesses for Talent, Succession, Development, and D&I culture, aligned to the business strategy, objectives and values.
Skills & Experience:
- Full generalist HR background with a proven track record in talent management and business change
- Experience of design, delivery and coaching focusing on soft skills, management and leadership delivery
- Advanced facilitation and Executive coaching skills
- Proven track record of HR Business Partnering, strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills and strong decision-making skills
- Strong leadership capabilities, including the ability to inspire and mentor a team
- Experience of working in a regulated environment
