The Role:
As a Recruitment/Talent Business Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in our HR team, contributing to our success through the following responsibilities:
- Resource Planning: Contribute to site succession planning and talent reviews.
- Recruitment Management: Lead the recruitment process to attract top talent.
- Starters & Leavers Processing: Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Engagement: Represent us at careers fairs, and maintain community and university relations.
- Internship Program: Manage work experience and intern programs.
- HR Systems: Maintain HR software and time & attendance systems.
- Metrics: Produce HR metrics to inform decision-making.
- Communications: Facilitate effective communication across the site.
The Person:
- 5 years' experience in Recruitment.
- GCSE English & Maths or equivalent.
- Proficiency in IT skills; Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
