This role offers hybrid working circa 2-3 days office-working per week.
Job Description
Reporting to a HR Director, the role or Talent Acquisition Business Partner is an exciting and varied role taking responsibility for the full recruitment life cycle and strategy for this successful UK business.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Liaise with stakeholders on all roles, establish the best recruitment strategy and proactively source suitable candidates
- Develop and implement effective Talent Acquisition strategies to attract diverse and high-quality candidates
- Maintain external relationships with agencies and effectively manage the PSA
- Early Careers programme Management: Collaborate with business leaders to design and implement early careers programmes, including internships, apprenticeships, work experience, and graduate recruitment initiatives
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline to support future hiring need
- Contribute to building and enhancing the employer brand
- Utilise data analytic and reporting tools to evaluate recruitment metric
- Promote diversity and inclusion in hiring practices
The Successful Applicant
Ideal candidates for this role will have a proven background in a similar role, ideally with working knowledge of early careers programmes
