BramahHRare seeking a highly skilled and motivated TA Partner to join our client based in Birmingham. As a TA Partner, you will be working with the HR Director on implementation and adoption of ATS and support the design and delivery of the recruitment and retention strategy.
Duties:
- Manage advertisement of all vacancies including paid advertising
- Work with the HRD ensuring all adverts are engaging and branding is engaging for candidates
- Conduct first screening of candidates
- Manage the PSL with regular reviews
- Design and distribute best practice interview guides for management
- Actively resource for live vacancies
- Lead Early Careers Programme
- Design the apprentice recruitment process
- Produce weekly/monthly reports
Requirements:
- Proven track record with internal recruitment or TA role
- Stakeholder management both internal and external
- Pride in success of the department
- Motivated, efficient and organised
