Tudor Employment Agency are currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Partner to work for our prestigious client based in Walsall.
Job Summary:

Leading the recruitment end-end process and responsible for the candidate experience - To understand the market our client operates in, current and future resourcing needs to meet business objectives, and the unique proposition needs to attract the best people
- To partner with hiring managers and People Partner(s) to lead talent conversations and succession planning
Duties to include:
- Connecting with potential candidates online and offline, screening applications and supporting hiring managers
- Working in partnership with People Operational Teams and Hiring Managers within Retail, Distribution and Customer Support Centre, to understand all vacancy requirements and succession (talent) plans across their region and functional alignment
- Acting as the first point of contact for all candidates' recruitment queries
- Supporting all aspects of end-to-end recruitment, including (but not exclusive to): the posting of vacancies; managing of all close dates; screening of applicants; completing telephone/video interviews; arranging 121 interviews and assessment days (and attending where relevant); collating of and providing feedback for all candidates and making an offer
- Using specialist resourcing methods and approaches, including Social Media and direct sourcing of suitable candidates, to drive a reduction in Recruitment Agency spend
- Head hunting for the best talent
- Using our online applicant tracking system (ATS) and careers site to ensure that all applicants are screened promptly and that the best possible candidates are put forward for interview
- Ensuring vacancies are filled promptly, to impact and reduce time to hire directly
- Opportunity to assist on current/pending resourcing projects and have a direct impact on improving processes
- Collaborating with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees
- Building relationships with external agencies and third parties
- Tracking hiring metrics, including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
- Training and advising hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods
- Maintaining a database of potential candidates for future job openings
To be considered:
- Must have proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role
- Hands-on experience with the largest job sites (Reed & Indeed)
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm Job
Contract: 12 month fixed term
Salary: Up to £35,000 based on experience
