Working within a talented, friendly and dedicated People function, you will head up a small team of HR Assistants and HR Admins. You and your team have ownership of all things HR, Training and Recruitment admin (e.g. onboarding, induction, and onwards through the employee lifecycle). It's not a huge organisation (circa 500 people) but there's loads going on, and being a new Shared Service function, there's plenty to shape and influence here.
