Oldham Council are seeking an Interim HR Transformation Manager to lead the development of an integrated HR Employment Services Contact Centre. This role involves enhancing HR payroll, pensions, recruitment, transactional services, and HR Systems. The successful candidate will work with various teams to improve business processes and develop a future model that incorporates self-service approaches, digital enhancement, and an improved customer interface.
Day to Day of the Role:- Map current business processes and develop and implement service improvements and integration to support an improved customer interface and experience.
- Support Service Level Agreement (SLA) reviews to ensure relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are developed and met.
- Map skills and capacity across teams and ensure a roadmap is developed for the future model.
- Work with the teams to support improved business processes and develop an effective future model incorporating greater use of self-serve approaches, opportunities for digital enhancement, and improved customer interface.
- A good working knowledge of HR payroll and HR transactional services, either gained through working within an HR environment or the setting up of an HR contact centre model.
- Experience in designing and implementing HR transformational programmes in a complex environment.
- Understanding of working within a public sector environment and the statutory and legislative duties such a service would be required to meet.
- Programme or project management skills and experience.
- Ability to work at a senior level to implement effective HR transformational projects/programmes.
