Howarth Morris are recruiting an exciting opportunity for a Finance Transformation Manager to join a leading global multibillion turnover Manufacturing group. This role offers an exciting opportunity to spearhead the finance change management programme, ensuring effective implementation of solutions and processes from a business readiness standpoint, supported by excellent communications and stakeholder engagement. The role is remote, with occasional travel within the UK and other global locations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate change and transformation activities to ensure seamless project implementation across the global stakeholder network throughout the finance projects' lifecycle.
* Collaborate within a broader finance team with accountability for project delivery, ensuring full engagement of relevant stakeholders, and meeting project deadlines.
* Effectively convey the rationale and methodology behind changes to ensure business readiness and compliance with requirements, including providing training to all business users.
Experience & Qualifications:
* ACA/CIMA/ACCA Qualified or equivalent.
* Experience in Prince2 or similar project management methodology.
* 5+ years of change and transformation experience.
* Strong influencing and communication abilities to foster effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
* Strong Finance ERP systems and MS Office.
* Capability to develop and deliver relevant training programs.
* Willingness to travel within the UK and globally.
