A wonderful healthcare organisation based in Birmingham are seeking a HR TUPE Lead to lead them on a fast moving project leading on the transfer of a high number of employees across the business. This role is perfect for a HR professional who has solid HR experience especially with solid TUPE experience from start to finish. You will be immediately available and be readily available with limited holiday. This role is mainly office based though flexibility will be offered for the right person.
The Role:
- Work closely with the Senior directors and support with change management projects including restructures, TUPE and contract mobilisation
- Act as the project lead for HR and upskilling managers where required
- Actively build relationships with key stakeholders
- Conduct on site individual and group consultations
- Provide advice to managers and employees on all change management matters
- Adhering to the organisations policies, procedures, legislations and statutory requirements
- Support managers on broader employee matters (e.g. grievances, disciplinaries, complex absence management)
The successful candidate must have extensive HR experience, ideally be CIPD level 5 (minimum) qualified and have extensive start to finish TUPE experience. You will ideally have worked within a fast paced, dynamic and busy environment in a close knit environment. This role is based in Digbeth and is mainly office based but it is flexible for the right person. You will have strong communication and organisational skills alongside excellent stakeholder management skills.
