Oakleaf is proud to be partnering with one of our existing clients in their search for a HRBP to support a reward change project. This role will suit an experienced HRBP with broad generalist experience who has delivered change projects successfully in the past.
What is the role?
Our client is looking for an experienced HRBP who understands the requirements of working in an interim capacity, and who ideally has experience delivering a reward/compensation and benefits change project.
You will be working in a business where the majority of employees are field based, so the ability to support managers implementing change is crucial. Along with delivering on a change project there will be several BAU requirements.
Candidate Profile
You will be a true generalist who has the ability to think strategically and deliver on project. You will have experience working with mobile and front-line works, and those who are rewarded through commission.
You will have demonstrated success in delivering on key projects in a timely manner through supporting the management population. You will be empathetic, a good communicator and have strong influencing skills. You will be a change agent.
You will have a good understanding of UK employment law and had experience running consultations.
