Salary: £55,000 to £65,000 + 10% bonus + Healthcare
Location: Leeds, 3 days a week in office, 2 days WFH
We are working in partnership with a growing financial services firm (about 150 colleagues) who are looking to hire an HR professional, reporting into the Chief People Officer.
This is a varied role that would suit a senior HR generalist with regulated environment / professional services experience who has a track record of building successful learning and talent solutions for a business. There's a brilliant culture and the chance to get involved in different areas of the HR Strategy for a successful, growing financial services firm.
Responsibilities Include:
- Play a role as a member of the HR team in delivering and embedding the overall people strateg, working closely with the Senior HRBP and CPO.
- Own and manage the learning and development activity across the organisation including management of external learning partners.
- Lead the development of an internal learning library for both soft skills and technical learning.
- Develop and manage the approach to establishing annual learning plans.
- Work with the Senior HRBP to provide a seamless link between the learning provision with talent development across the organisation through such areas as career development.
- Manage the emerging talent programmes.
- With the external recruitment partners, manage the end-to-end recruitment activity.
- Continue to find ways to focus on diversity and inclusion.
- When it comes to recruitment, plan long term needs and talent pipelines.
- Provide information and guidance on Recruitment and Learning related matters to colleagues and people managers as required.
- Liaise with other internal teams such as Finance, Payroll and Compliance to support HR practices when required.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Strong HR generalist experience in a past role or Learning and Talent planning experience.
- Experience managing learning and development plans, ideally in a professional services / regulated / financial service environment.
- Great communication skills and the ability to build relationships internally and externally
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process, including diversity and inclusion and long-term company needs.
