Role Description
This position is responsible to support the business in all aspects of HR Management Systems and Technology, from strategic planning to infrastructure implementation, data management, and process design. This includes managing and developing the talent management, payroll system, HR information systems and Data analytics.
Job Description
Develop an in-depth understanding of the organization's strategic goals and objectives with respect to HR systems and technology.
Collaborates with senior human resources executives to identify information needs.
Implement and maintain, support the HRIS system, including the modules of talent,
recruitment, payroll, performance, attendance, and learning & development management etc.
Design the user manual and the workflow for the data processing & approval procedure.
Creating dashboards and generate the reports for the analysis of HR data.
Identifying opportunities for process improvement in order to increase efficiency and ensure the compliance in the management of Human Resources.
The Successful Applicant
Wealth of experience in data migration & data integration.
Comprehensive understanding of data protection regulations and compliance like GDPR.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as in HR/ HRIS project management or HR data analysis.
Advanced proficiency in database management and security.
Broad understanding of end-to-end HR and improving processes.
