As an HRIS Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind the successful implementation of our new HRIS. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration, and play a pivotal role in enhancing our HRIS capabilities.
Reporting to the CPO, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project life cycle, from initial planning and system selection to implementation, testing, and post-launch support. Your primary focus will be to ensure the successful integration of the HRIS into our global, complex organisation, optimising efficiency, accuracy, and overall effectiveness of our HR processes.
