Job title: HRIS Reporting Manager (iTrent)

Hours: Full time

Working pattern: Hybrid (1 day per week office based)

Location: Canary Wharf

Contract type: Temporary whilst recruiting permanently.

Salary: £27.50-£29.12 per hour

Do you have strong experience of ITrent? Are you able to manage the HR system and all related processes including developing functionality and providing data and people reports?

This membership body are seeking an HRIS and reporting Manager to manage the HR system and prepare and analyse HR Reports.

In your role as the HRIS and reporting Manager you will:

• Manage the HR system including core HR, recruitment, performance and PowerBi modules
• Review current process within the system, gather user feedback, and make improvements and Identify opportunities to utilise further functionality within the system, prepare and implement agreed proposals.
• Maintain the back end of the HR system, including, workflows, automatic system notifications and security profiles maintaining the data within the HR system and complete bulk.
• Design and develop People reports, undertake analysis and provide insight into the data.

The skills you will bring to the role of HRIS and reporting Manager will include:

• Excellent knowledge of iTrent
• Strong knowledge and experience of HR systems and HR processes
