We are seeking a talented HR Systems Specialist to join our client and play a key role in optimizing their human resources operations. As an HR Systems Specialist, you will focus on the effective utilization and management of the 'hibob' system, ensuring seamless integration into our HR processes.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all 'hibob' system-related inquiries, issues, and enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement system configurations to meet evolving business needs.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the 'hibob' system, conducting regular audits and troubleshooting discrepancies.
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring a high level of proficiency and understanding of the 'hibob' system functionality.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement system updates, patches, and enhancements.
- Keep abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends related to HR systems, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Generate and analyze reports from the 'hibob' system to support data-driven decision-making within the HR department.
