My client based in Mountsorrel are looking to introduce an Assistant HR/Recruitment assistant to their team to provide comprehensive administrative/on boarding support to the Hiring Managers and the Head of Recruitment
Responsibilities.
- Processing candidate applications through our ATS (Matron).
- Updating and managing all social media platforms.
- Accurately maintaining office systems and databases
- Manage all Reference checking and chasing across the group.
- Processing online DBSs for all candidates and understanding the importance speed and type of DBS needed.
- Assigning online training to successful candidates and maintaining their training is up to date as an employee.
- Being a point of contact for all new starters within their first month.
- Strong attention to detail is essential to excel in this role.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and employees.
- Basic understanding of HR principles and practices is a plus.
- Experience in a HR/Recruitment setting
