We are looking for an experienced Health & Safety and Environmental HSE MANAGER to join a dynamic leading company in the industrial sector, operating with cutting-edge machinery and a commitment to excellence. 

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Health & Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Manager being responsible for leading health, safety, and environmental initiatives of the company. This role is integral to the business, ensuring compliance with corporate, internal, and legal standards while driving continuous improvement in HSE performance.

The Key Responsibilities for the Health & Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Manager:

• Lead all HSE management systems and activities in accordance with industry standards.
•  The Health & Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Manager  will communicate effectively with senior members of the business, including the Director, Plant Manager, Production Manager, Engineering Manager, and Quality Manager.
• Attend and lead daily, weekly, and monthly meetings to discuss HSE matters.
• The Health & Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Manager will advise the Director on legal parameters for health and safety.
• Evaluate and ensure plant compliance with HSE regulations.
• The Health & Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Manager will Review and update HSE policies and conduct risk assessments as necessary.
• Deploy corporate HSE initiatives into the plant.
• Support maintenance of ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and other relevant certifications.
• The Health & Safety, and Environmental (HSE) ManagerParticipate in audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide support and guidance to team members on EHS issues.
• The Health & Safety, and Environmental (HSE) ManagerConduct internal audits and inspections, tracking resolutions.
• Plan and conduct in-house training sessions.
• The Health & Safety, and Environmental (HSE) ManagerMaintain accurate records and documentation.

 Health & Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Manager Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Management).
• Proven experience in HSE management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and database management.
• Certification in relevant HSE standards (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) preferred.
