Jackson Hogg are partnered with a specialist manufacturing business in the Newcastle upon Tyne area on a HSE Manager position, reporting into the HSE Director.
The successful HSE Manager will have experience in manufacturing environments and hold recognised HSE related qualifications including a NEBOSH General Certificate/Diploma or equivelant.
HSE Manager Responsibilities
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- A recognised health and safety qualification, such as the NEBOSH National Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety.
- A formal recognised environmental qualification such as NEBOSH or IEMA Environmental Certificate.
- Membership of a professional body such as IOSH or IEMA.
- Previous experience of working in a manufacturing or construction environment.
- Strong communicator and the ability to positively influence others
- Comfortable travelling across the UK to visit other locations as required
