Texo Recruitment are recruiting for a HSEQ Administrator on behalf of Texo Group based in Westhill Aberdeenshire.
Area(s) of Responsibility:
- Assist with formatting and revising procedures and documents to the required standard in place.
- Assist with document control- ensuring all documents are formatted, referenced correctly, controlled, updated to the Document Control Register, and uploaded to Centrik (Management System Software).
- Assist with record control for facilities management for each site.
- Assist with collating documentation required to close out NCRs and incident reports in a timely manner.
- Set up and coordinate meetings as required.
- Assist with inputting COSHH scenario information into Sypol to create assessments/maintain the Approved COSHH Register and upload COSHH assessments into Centrik.
- Assist with collating RAMS packs for projects.
- Assist with completing pre-qualification questionnaires and compiling information for tender submissions as required.
- Book HSEQ training courses as required.
- Log audit findings within Centrik.
- Issue and log DSE Assessments to new starts.
- Other administrative duties that may be required within the HSEQ department.
Required:
- Strong and efficient administrative skills
- Excellent knowledge/capability in Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Visio/all office 365 products.
- Ability to act professionally.
- Excellent interpersonal skills/good communicator
- Professional telephone manner
- Ability to multi-task and manage own workload.
- Flexible: able to work under pressure and handle multiple projects
- Excellent attention to detail
