As a Warehouse Administrator – your day might look like this:
Arranging appointments for our customers to have their flooring fitted
Delivering an exceptional customer experience across various channels but especially via phone or online
Working closely with the store teams and independent fitters to ensure everything is as it should be paperwork-wise and that the customer gets a seamless experience after placing their order right through to the point they can walk on their new flooring
Being our communication and co-ordination expert, keeping everyone organised and informed

Some experience of administration/co-ordination
A methodical approach and keen attention to detail
Confidence to communicate with customers and contractors
Confidence in tackling tech (PC or tablet literate) and working with numbers/data
