Responsibilities
• Supporting the smooth running of the HR department• Working as part of a team on different aspects of the work• Managing administrative responsibilities independently• Gaining exposure to a wide range of HR issues and the School• Potentially working towards CIPD qualifications• Demonstrating administrative experience• Having excellent IT skills, especially in Excel and Word• Working with databases• Being personable, professional, and able to work flexibly with others
