HR Operations Administrators - this one is for you!
Brand new opportunity to join a global Law firm, based in their HR Operations team for the next 6 months, based in Central Bristol where you will support with:
All employee lifecycle changes
Prepare and issue all employee lifecycle change letters
Notify Payroll on any changes
Maintain and update the HR system (PeopleSoft)
Ensure right to work and information is maintained and recorded accurately
Respond to employee reference requests as required
Provide Benefits support
Act as point of contact for all HR related enquiries, providing advice and guidance
Support HR based project work as required
Respond to general queries from the HR & Benefits inboxes
