This an exciting opportunity to further develop your administrative experience within a busy Human Resources Team at this market leading producer of high quality poultry products.
Duties include:
- Ensure the HR/payroll system is effectively maintained with employee details
- Establish effective Time and Attendance system across site, develop project for facial recognition.
- Ensure hours are uploaded/inputted and reported in a timely and accurately manner on a daily basis to support the running of the payroll system and process
- Ensure all pay elements are recorded correctly for the correct monetary amounts to be paid/deducted
- Act as a central point for enquiries from staff, reporting to HR manager
- Maintain accurate records of pay and working hours providing reports as requested by Management
- Maintain information on all HR systems ensuring Data Protection legislation is observed.
- Oversee the collection of absence and holiday data, calculating entitlements and providing analysis.
- Manage & coordinate employee training records including creation of training agreements where relevant.
- Administration of Learning Management System and activities, ensuring managers are aware of the service available to support learning needs of the department.
- Manage the administration of starters and leavers, to include probation monitoring and exit interviews.
- Coordinate the new starter induction process ensuring personnel records are complete.
- Collate HR information for monthly management report
- Undertake projects, as requested, to contribute to the overall Payroll and HR Department
- Develop an understanding of all up to date HR procedures and company policies
- Requires strong communication, organisational and time management skills.
