HR Administrator
Kidlington, Oxford / Hybrid 3 days a week in office
Up to £30,000 + 10% annual bonus
HR Administrator to join a global market leader in producing essential components across a huge variety of industries and specific requirements. The ideal candidate will fit in with their friendly and efficient HR team delivering administration across the departments to support day-to-day business requirements.
Some of what you will be doing:
· Managing the onboarding process for new employees
· Acting as the first point of contact throughout the onboarding process
· Writing up offer letters, contracts, and further paperwork for new starters
· Keeping the managers and system updated with latest information on starters
· Hosting inductions
· Owning the probation period process
· Advising appropriate stakeholders on HR policies and procedures
· Updating the HRIS regarding employee holiday, absence, sickness leave etc.
· Assisting the compliance of HR documentation
Ideally, your skills and experience will include:
· Previous experience in an HR Administration position
· Excellent experience in assisting and advising managers across a range of HR policies and procedures
· CPID Level 3 or working towards
· Good understanding of employment legislation
· Strong knowledge of HR Management systems
· Exposure to Microsoft Office packages – Word, Excel and PowerPoint
· Superb attention to detail
