Human Resources Administrator

Role OverviewAs an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department. You'll handle various administrative tasks related to employee records, benefits, recruitment, and compliance. Your attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality will be essential.Responsibilities
Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.Assisting with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.Process new hire paperwork, benefits enrolment, and terminations.Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees.Handle employee enquiries related to policies, benefits, and payroll.Assist in maintaining compliance with labour laws and regulations.Collaborate with the HR team to improve processes and enhance employee experience.Qualifications
Minimum of
6 months
