Job description

The Postholder will work as part of a team supporting the Office Manager to provide a comprehensive and confidential administrative service across the range of functions within the HR & OD Department, which includes training and development, employee resourcing, employee relations and management information systems. Request

  • 5 GCSEs (Grades A-C) or equivalent
  • At least 1 years general administrative experience working in a Human Resources environment to include providing HR administrative support, including recruitment
  • At least 1 years general administrative experience working in a Human Resources environment to include applying employment legislation through HR policy and procedures
  • At least 1 years general administrative experience working in a Human Resources environment to include managing difficult situations in a professional manner
  • At least 1 years general administrative experience working in a Human Resources environment to include using HR Computer Software systems
  • Experience of minute taking in formal meetings
  • Experience in the use of Microsoft Office and related packages, particularly word and excel
  • Access to a form of transport to fulfil the duties of the post.
