Human Resources Advisor

We are currently looking for a Human Resources Advisor to join our vibrant and energetic team in Hemel Hempstead! This is your chance to become a part of a leading player in the broadcast and professional video equipment sector.

As a Human Resources Advisor, you will be the go-to person for employee relations, offering advice and support on HR policies and procedures. You'll manage low-level employee relations cases, assist with recruitment and onboarding, support performance management processes, ensure compliance with employment laws, and coordinate training and development programmes. You will also participate in HR projects and initiatives, coach and mentor managers on HR best practices, and occasionally support Sales Account Managers in HR-related bid policies. This is a standalone role with lots of opportunities to get involved in both operational and strategic projects.

Hours of Work: This is a permanent part-time role, offering between 15-20 hours per week. You can spread your hours over three, four, or five days per week within our operational hours of Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm.

Human Resources Advisor Requirements:

* Proven experience in a similar HR role
* Ability to manage multiple HR tasks and projects effectively
* Discretion and professionalism with sensitive and confidential information
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications
