Contracts Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be working in a hybrid capacity, playing a crucial part in overseeing and delivering projects. The successful candidate will be working closely with site supervisors, providing direction and support to on-site teams, whilst also managing the procurement of materials and budgets leading to the successful completion of projects. The ideal candidate is a Contact Manager coming from an M&E / HVAC background with experience delivering projects. You will have extensive knowledge of HVAC installations, in particular strong knowledge of ventilation and ducting systems whilst also having good interpersonal skills as well as the ability to communicate effectively across the company and when facing candidates. The Role:
- Oversee ductwork & ventilation installations across Scotland.
- Hold strong working relationships with site managers, providing direction & support to onsite installers and managing relationships with stakeholders.
- Work alongside internal teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Maintain high health and safety standards.
The Individual:
- Experience managing individuals and projects successfully.
- Strong financial and business acumen.
- Strong working knowledge within the M&E industry.
- Ability to negotiate and communicate at all levels.
