Our client is currently recruiting for a number of Customer Service Advisors for their Middlesbrough office on behalf of a leading UK bank.
Role Details
- Central MIddlesbrough location (Hybrid working available after full training)
- £11.01 per hour
- 38.3 Hours per/week
- Rota shifts Mon-Sun, between operating hours 7am-12am
- Permanent contract
Who will you be?
Accurate and timely housekeeping and record maintenance. Must have good computer skills
Must have passion, enthusiasm and commitment to delivering with considerable attention to retaining highest levels of service quality.
High degree of accuracy
Good written and verbal communication skills
Adaptability to changes in procedures/services
Driven and enthusiastic, taking specific tasks and taking these through to completion.
What will you be doing?
You will be responsible for handling front line personal telephone banking enquiries for a global banking firm. These enquiries may be simple types such as setting up a direct debit or payment, cancelling direct debits or standing orders or providing balance enquiries.
You will contribute to customer satisfaction and service quality levels
Proactively contribute to the completion of the team’s workload
Respond efficiently to internal customer enquiries ensuring that the information provided is clearly understood escalating issues where appropriate
