Our client is an international payment business, helping companies move money around the world. They are looking for a Customer Service Associate to join their friendly team in their brand new office for a minimum period of 1 year. You will be reporting into the Customer Service Team Lead and working closely with different teams ranging from Relationship Managers to Compliance and the Onboarding team.
This is a 12-month contract position with a pay rate of £14 per hour, rising to £16ph after 6-months. You will be working from home for two days, and in their Westminster office for three days a week!
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for communicating with our clients via their phone system, live chat, and shared mailboxes. You will also be helping with emails, data processing, updating client information on our system, and running documents through verification checks.
The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of Customer Service/client-facing experience, a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and strong numerical skills. An interest in Financial Services would be preferred.
If you can speak either German, Dutch, or Mandarin this would be a huge plus!
