We seek an experienced Payroll Manager to join a reputable retail organization. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a seasoned payroll professional seeking a new challenge in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will assume full responsibility for managing and enhancing UK & Ireland payrolls, and will contribute to advancing payroll best practices across European markets.
To be successful in this Payroll Manager role, you will need to demonstrate the following experience and skills:
- Lead payroll operations in the UK with proven expertise.
- Reconcile all payroll changes effectively.
- Continuously enhance the payroll system.
- Oversee the year-end process for efficient and accurate completion.
- Ensure compliance with Payroll and HMRC regulations, advising on statutory changes.
- Adaptability to diverse payroll environments across various sites.
- Skilled in fostering strong relationships with external third parties.
- Oversight of payroll-related processes and their implementation.
- Possesses analytical prowess and numerical confidence for data manipulation.
- Commitment to continuous improvement, seeking efficiencies in operations.
- Proficient in system implementation and updates management.
