Role Overview:

We are seeking a PA to support their Executive Assistant in efficiently managing the diaries of the directors, coordinate meetings, and help with event coordination. This role also encompasses responsibilities in facilities management, health and safety, and fire safety checks.

This role will be paying up to £40,000 depending on experience.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a PA or Office Assistant.
• Has experience with dairy and calendar management.
• Familiarity with health, safety and fire regulations.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
