The Job
As Hygiene Manager, you will be instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene within a bustling factory setting.
- Working 5 days a week, including a mandatory Saturday shift, with a flexible weekday off.
- Ensuring the hygiene and cleanliness of a large-scale facility, contributing directly to the quality of products enjoyed by countless customers.
- Leading and inspiring a dedicated team, overcoming daily challenges to maintain our exceptional standards.
About You
- You have a proven track record in maintaining hygiene standards in a fast-paced food production environment, ideally with experience in baked goods.
- You thrive in dynamic settings and are energized by the challenges of maintaining high standards in a complex environment.
- You have the ability to commute to our location in Mitcham, making a real impact on the ground.
Salary and Package
This Hygiene Manager role offers a competitive salary of £40,000 – £45,000 per annum. You’ll be part of a strong team culture, with opportunities for professional growth and development, especially as we continue to expand and innovate.
