SalaryNew senior Hygiene role for a large food manufacturing site in the London/Kent area. This is a career-shaping opportunity to define the hygiene function on site, drive a robust quality and safety culture, and develop a large team of hygiene specialists.
Reporting to the Technical Manager, this is a senior leadership role for the business leading a team of 30-40. Responsibilities include maintaining compliance with the company, BRC and retail customer standards, and taking an active role in customer visits and audits. A sound knowledge is required across HACCP, COSHH, cleaning chemicals, IT and current food safety regulations.
This role comes with a competitive salary and benefits. Hours for this role Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, one Saturday per month (time of in lieu). Some flex in start/finish time.
