The Job You’ll Do;
- Championing hygiene excellence across the site.
- Lead, educate, and inspire hygiene and operational teams to consistently raise the bar.
- Drive continuous improvement, ensuring processes and standards are not only meet but exceeded.
- Provide clear direction and support to hygiene and operations teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Ensure strict adherence to customer policies, industry codes of practice, and external certifications, while spearheading hygiene schedules and procedures.
- Drive accountability through effective measurement and reporting against key performance indicators, evolving our hygiene procedures in line with industry advances.
- Collaborate closely with Technical and QA teams to ensure seamless hygiene-related activities during customer visits and audits, ensuring a stellar outcome every time.
- Take pride in nurturing talent within the team, identifying training needs and crafting development programs to elevate skills and capabilities.
About You;
- Experience in FMCG or similar environments in supervisory/managerial hygiene roles.
- Adaptable and comfortable working in fast-paced manufacturing environments
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Passion for coaching and developing others.
- Good level of education.
- IT Literate.
