Adecco are currently recruiting for Hybrid Finance Assistants within Warrington
This is a fantastic opportunity to work within the RS Components Group on a Hybrid basis.
The roles will primarily be a Temporary fixed term positions of approximatly 3 months to assist with some extra workload within the accounts department.
Some of your roles and responsibilities may include:
- Assisting the team in the backlog of invoices
- Locating missing invoices
- Contacting clients via phone/email to discuss missing invoices
- Entering invoices onto the system SAP
- Matching up the invoices
- Data entry onto Excel
- Running daily reports
We are seeking the ideal candidates who are confident in using the system SAP and preferably have experiences with matching invoices. The role will involve lots of data entry onto Excel so someone who is familiar with regularly running reports/data entry onto excel would be advantageous. You will be working within a small team to help with the current backlog of the correction of missing invoices onto the system.
This role will be Hybrid with on average 2 days per week in the Warrington Office
Working Hours: 37.5 hours within the hours of 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday
Start date: Jan 2024
Salary: 11 per hour
