Working for a large group of companies with a presence across the north west, you will be responsible for managing the coordination process of the analysis of Payroll and Finance and producing reports to senior management.

Description

As the successful Payroll and Finance Assistant you will:

• Monitor the payroll figures and analyse for payroll discrepancies
• Perform manual calculations for changes to rates of pay in line with individual staff rates of pay
• Perform data reconciliations and investigate figures
• Produce a variety of reports for senior management using Excel
• Work closely with the Financial Director to analyse variances and highlight key success areas

Profile

To be successful as the Payroll and Finance Assistant you will have:

• Ability to work with a high volume of data
• Excellent data analysis skills and ability to reconcile figures
• Previous experience of processing staff time sheets or payroll would be advantageous
• Ability to manipulate data with Excel and confident in using multiple spreadsheets
