Working for this financial services client, you will be providing support to a financial advisor and receive full system and process training. This will suit a strong IFA administrator who is highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Key duties and responsibilities of the IFA Administrator:
- To support Advisors with their administration for clients
- Prepare Client portfolio reviews
- Produce Illustrations
- Drafting suitability letters
- Producing documentation for both clients and providers
- Updating clients where necessary
- Upload contract notes and updating client database
- Provide assistance that the FA may require
Key experience and skills required:
- Ideally have previous experience of working for an IFA and have a CII qualification
- Good IT proficiency including MS Office.
- Numbers-orientated with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organisation, time-management, and discipline.
- Enthusiastic, tenacious, and driven.
