You will be joining a supportive and forward-thinking team, the salary range is £25,000 - £32,000 for IFA Administrators in this IFA firm

As an Administrator, you will:

• Act as the primary point of contact for our valued clients, providing exceptional service via phone, email, and letters.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date client records within Intelligent Office, maintaining personal and investment details.
• Coordinate with providers for smooth investment and policy management on behalf of clients.
• Manage client fees and commission details accurately in Intelligent Office.
• Keep our compliance processes on track by promptly scanning and filing all client communications and documentation.
