Ifa Administrator

This role is for you if you are an experienced IFA Administrator looking for a new challenge! We have an exciting opportunity with an established Financial Planning firm with offices nationwide. This is best suited to individuals with 2+ years of IFA Administration experience who are looking to join this exciting role within the expanding company.

This firm with offices all across the UK offer extensive Financial Advice to over 30,000 individuals and businesses to ensure peace of mind. This role is located in the Warwick office.

Role

Day to day you will be supporting the office managers and financial planners to provide efficient, high quality and compliant service to the clients in a number of ways, including

• Processing new business
• Obtaining provider information to collate against client specific illustrations
• Ensuring compliance documents are provided when submitting to providers
• Assisting with research and completing reports
• Preparing valuation reports, performance documents and valuation reports.
• Completing withdraws.
• Updating relevant back office information.
• Client liaison with relevant queries.
