SalaryA Close Knit, Healthcare Provider based in Birmingham are seeking a Receptionist on a temporary to permanent basis. If you have previous experience in a customer facing environment, a flexible approach to work as well as a keen eye for detail, then this may be the role for you!
You will enjoy a varied range of tasks, you will be the first point of contact for anyone entering the building. Your duties could include but are not limited to;
- Opening and closing the practice where required
- Inbound and outbound calls
- Updating electronic and paper medical records
- Processing medication requests and test results
- Providing workflow to clinicians
