As our Receptionist, you will play a vital role in delivering an outstanding experience to all our guests.

Experience in a similar role would be helpful, but we will also offer training if you are willing to learn, take pride in your work and are committed to delivering our high standards. Job description:

• To ensure consistent, efficient and friendly service is given throughout a guests stay.
• Check guests in/out of their bedrooms
• Ensure calls are transferred to the relevant departments quickly and efficiently
• Exceed customer expectations
• Have an excellent understanding of the hotel Front Office System
• Feedback guest comments to relevant departments
• Maximize all sales opportunities
• Weekend availability is required

Salary:

• £10.42/hour - full time contract

Previous experience is essential
Experience with Opera PMS preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.60 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
