Hours of work are on a rota basis 5 days out of 7 and shifts are 7.00am - 3.00 pm and 3.00pm - 11.00pm
The Ideal candidate must have enthusiasm, a passion for customer service and should be confident, articulate and well organized
Responsibilities include, High Level of customer service skills, attention to detail, positive attitude, ability to work alone or as part of a team, checking in and out of guests, email, phone calls and other guest enquirers & handling payments
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £19,754.00-£20,365.00 per year
